You need an e‑Ticket to travel to the Dominican Republic. It’s a single digital document replacing the old paper forms: entry/exit card, customs declaration, and health affidavit. All travelers, regardless of nationality, age, or passport—including Dominican residents and citizens—and everyone arriving or departing by air, need to present an e-Ticket. You need two separate e‑Tickets: one for arrival, one for departure.
Filling out the Dominican Republic e‑Ticket typically takes about 10–15 minutes from start to finish. Once submitted, you’ll receive a QR code via email—no need to print it if you’d rather show it on your phone. Officials recommend completing it at least 72 hours before travel, but you can fill it out any time after booking your flight.
It's completely free and done online via the official government portal.
